Academy Services: Flounder Pet Training Academy, operated by Nina Leipold, offers virtual classes, one-on-one consultations, and online coaching resources for pet behavior modification using positive reinforcement techniques.

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using any services provided by Flounder Pet Training Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Modification: These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Service Specifics

Virtual Classes and Consultations: All scheduled sessions are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.

Online Content: Access to online coaching classes, including AIC talking button training, pet ballet, and other specialized content is granted upon payment and valid for the duration specified in your purchase.

Results: While Flounder Pet Training Academy uses evidence based methods, results may vary depending on the individual animal, consistency of practice, and environmental factors. Your pet does not learn on their own. You have to practice with your pet a lot to get results. Cats require extra patience and extra work.

Payment and Refunds

Payment: Full payment is required to access classes, consultations, or online content. All prices are as listed at the time of purchase.

Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Completed consultations are not eligible for refunds.

Subscription Services: Any recurring subscription services may be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

Content Ownership: All materials, including videos, guides, and methodologies provided by Flounder Pet Training Academy are proprietary and protected by copyright law.

Personal Use: Purchased content is for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Liability and Disclaimer

Animal Safety: All training should be conducted with the safety and welfare of the animal as the highest priority. Flounder Pet Training Academy is not responsible for any injury to pets or handlers.

Professional Advice: For behavioral issues that may have medical causes, please consult with a veterinarian. Our services do not replace professional veterinary care.

Limitation of Liability: Flounder Pet Training Academy's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
